Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged non-defective items. To obtain a return authorization number, call our toll free number (800) 676-7366. No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number. Merchandise will be returned postage due if no RA # is obtained prior to the return.
